8. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, all orders placed online are final and no cancellations are allowed.

9. Can I make a walk-in purchase?

You can visit our retail store at Jeep Sing Fashion located at 4012 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #01-09, Singapore 569628.

Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm (closed between 1pm to 2pm) 
Saturday - 10am to 2pm

10. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is currently free for all Singapore (domestic) shipping.

We are currently exploring international shipping, do send us a message to check if we can ship to your country.
