18. Can I make a return?

We have a 30-day return policy where you can request a return within 30 days upon receiving the product.

To be eligible for return, your item must be: 

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging 
  • Accompanied with receipt/invoice or proof of purchase

Randoseru reserves the right to deny/reject an exchange on any product(s) where the above conditions are not met.

19. How can I request a return?

20. I purchased a Randoseru Backpack from another source/website. Am I able to return/exchange the bag at Randoseru.co?

Product(s) that are not purchased from Randoseru.co are not eligible for return or exchange.

21. What should I do if my return request has been accepted?

Upon approval of your return request, we will send the instructions via email on the steps to return your package.

All return shipping fees and costs will be borne by the customer. 

Please note items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

22. When will my refund be approved?

We will notify you if the refund is approved once we've received and inspected your return. 

Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. 

If you have not received your refund after 15 days since your refund approval, please contact us here. 

23. Can I make an exchange for my product?

Please submit a return request here, and upon approval of your return request, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability. 

Our exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of negligence or wear and tear.
