Delivery Terms 

All orders placed online are final.

All products will be shipped from Singapore using the established international shipping services and courier companies.

Note: Please double check and verify the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.).

We work together with our logistics partners and delivery couriers to deliver to your address. Please note that once we ship your order, we do not have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We will work with the logistics partners and delivery couriers to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not be possible always.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be canceled automatically without a valid street address.

Standard Shipping to Singapore residential address: 

  • The shipping fee is currently free for all Singapore (domestic) shipping.
  • Fulfilled online orders are then dispatched to our delivery couriers and standard delivery to residential address is estimated to be around 2-5 working days* subject to item availability. 
  • There may be 2-4 days delay due to high volume during peak periods or holidays. 
  • Standard Delivery, Processing, Picking & Packing fee to residential address to addresses in Singapore.
  • We do not deliver to Changi, Tuas and other restricted areas).

 

Shipping Policy for International Orders (Including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and others)

  • Please note that the total amount paid at checkout covers only the cost of the product and shipping fees. It does not include any local customs import duties, sales taxes, Tariffs or value-added taxes (VAT) that may be applicable in your country.
  • Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying any additional charges such as local customs import duties, sales taxes, and/or VAT. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, and payment is typically required before the product is released for final delivery.
  • We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before completing your purchase.
  • Should you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes when ordering outside of Singapore

    *Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping only once we receive the items back.
